Imphal, February 11: Following a petition filed by a social worker, Titus Kamei, seeking information under the RTI Act, the State Chief Information Commissioner has issued an order directing the Deputy Commissioner of Tamenglong district to furnish the information sought.

The information sought include schemes taken up under the RGSY, SGRY, NFFWP, IAY, MLA Local Area Development Fund (physical structure and location with amount), Dist Hqs Development Fund, Infrastructure Development in Hill areas, Hariyali (Watershed) and Sector Reform Project (Swajal Dhara and others).

The Information Commissioner directed that the information should be furnished within 15 days without any cost from the date of the issue of the order.

The order was issued today (Feb 11) .
