Imphal, April 08 2010: The murdered 18-year old Senjenbam Noinoisana @ German in brutal manner yesterday was living with HIV/AIDS and administering ART at JN Hospital.

He had received several kinds of discrimination during his life time, said NGOs working in the field of HIV/AIDS in a complaint lodged with the DGP, Y Joykumar seeking him for appropriate action to culprit(s) involved in the murdered case.

Noinoisana, mention may be made here, was found murdered in a brutal manner yesterday morning at Malom Tera Khepun under Nambol police station in Imphal west district apparently on the matter of property to be inherent to him from his father's family.

NGOs like the Manipur Network of Positive People (MNP+), Kripa Foundation, Social Awareness Service Organisation (SASO), BOSCO Mangal, Care Foundation, USERS Manipur today lodged the complaint with the DGP against sanjengbam Dandan @ Ibetombi, S Jems @ Ibosana, L Shyam (husband of Dandan of Uripok and Phuritshabam Naoba @ Krishnakanta of Naoremthong Laishram Leirak, Imphal.

In the complaint note it was stated that during his life time, German was tortured and ill-treated by his aunt Dandan and her husband Shyam after the death of his parents around 10 year back.

His parents died of HIV infection and he was the only child left behind.

Since the demise of his parents German has been tortured because of property of his parents, German was living with HIV and underwent ART at JN Hospital.

When his parent died, he was only 8 years and has not been properly treated.

As such he had got supports from the NGOs working in the field of HIV/AIDS to getting education, nutrition, medicine as well as his day today essential support during his 10 years of short touching with the service providers after his parent.

German was tortured by his aunty Dandan and her husband Shyam was evident by the fact that in November 2009, he came and reported to project director of BOSCO Mangal, Wakheimayum Bimolata at Kongba Bazar and told his miseries by showing boiled and marks on his both hands in beating by his aunty.

He had also told of his aunt's insistences asking him to give consent in selling out or mortgage away land inherent by his parent.

Whenever he refused, he was not provided food at home and also snatched the ART medicine.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference held at the office of the MNP+ at Yaiskul Hurihanchaba Leikai, Memchoubi, a relative guardian of the Noinoisana revealed that he had received several kinds of torture and discrimination from his family after the demise of his parents.

Memchoubi said that when she went to the house of Dandan, she found German confined in a locked room and only after her arrival the lock was open and German was handed over to her.

At that time she refused to accept the child suggesting that he should be handed over to an orphanage.

Memchoubi further said that on March 18 last son of Dandan Abosana and Naoba accompanied with two other unknown youths came to her house and demanded hand over of German to their custody.

When, she refused to do so and later after talking with Dandan went to the house.

On that occasion, Dandan charged German of raping her 13-month old daughter by producing a girl aged about 6 years staying at the rented house of Dandan as witness.

Later, Dandan demanded Rs 4 lakh to her as a share of the inherited land of Memchoubi and German during the current month, April, Memchoubi said.

She also revealed that the land property of German had been sold out by taking his signature after convincing him for buying his goods.

Recalling the incidents, Memchoubi expressed suspicion of relatives of German and their accomplices involved in the killing of German only for being HIV and of his property.
