Jiribam, August 07 2023: Five self-help groups have come together to form the Champa Village Level Federation at Champanagar Muslim Village, Dibong GP under the aegis of Block Mission Management Unit Jiribam Block, Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) .

The five SHGs are Afnan SHG, Rufia SHG, Asifa SHG, Bably SHG and Sonia SHG.

Sabul Hussan, former Ward Member, Champanagar Muslim Village; social workers Najir Ahmed and Saidul among others attended the event as presidium members.

Fifteen executive members of the newly-constituted VLF as well as five office bearers were also appointed.

This includes Saida Begum as president, Hasina Begum as vice president and Anora Begum as treasurer.

Community Facilitator Subiya Begum, Sonapur GP facilitated the swearing in of the governing body members and office bearers.
