Imphal, October 23:
Mali Mastan Babu, a highly qualified technical professional, distinguished adventure activity enthusiast and Guinness Record holder is attempting to create another World record of running 14 half marathons (21 kms each) in 14 days spanning across same number of States, informed a PIB (DW) statement.
Having begun the endeavour at Shillong on October 21, Mastan Babu arrived for the Manipur leg today and was flagged off at Koirengei under the aegis of Red Shield Division that culminated at Tulihal Airport, added the statement.
Conveying Red Shield Division's best wishes to Mastan Babu achieving his new world record, it also informed that the race would conclude at Hyderabad on November 3.
