State Polo Tournament K&MM Riding School-A register win in opening match

K&MM Riding School-A defeated Samadon Ayangba-B 5-1 in the opening match of the 1st Junior (U-16) Boys' State level Polo Tournament.
K&MM Rding School took the lead from the second chukker as both teams failed to open up in the first chukker.
K Rivaldo and Manikanta scored one goal each and put their team ahead with a 2-0 lead.
Manikanta scored a single goal in the third chukker and extended the lead to 3-0 .
Ph Sushilkumar and W Johny took their turns to score one each for K&MM Riding School in the last chukker while Th Bhagatkumar scored a consolation goal for Samadon Ayangba-B in the same chukker.
The second league match of the 13th State Level Women Polo Tournament saw Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club-A edged past Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club-B by a 5-3 margin.
Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club-B took the first half with a 2-1 lead through goals scored by Salam Sunita and L Thadoi.
Kh Abe of the winning team scored the first goal for the winning team.
L Thadoi scored another goal for Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club-B in the second chukker while S Langlen of the winning team managed to score one goal to make the scoreline 3-2 .
Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club-A came back strongly in the third chukker with Abe and Victoria scoring a goal apiece to take a 4-3 lead.
S Sunita made a fine goal in the last chukker and helped her team secure a 5-3 victory.
The second match of the 34th Men's State Level Polo Tournament was rather more entertaining as MPSC-A demolished Sagolband United Polo Club 11-1 .
In the very one sided match, MPSC took a 5-0 commanding lead through two goals each from Bimol and S Abung followed by a single from Th Romen in the first half.
Th Romen scored three goals alone in the second chukker and further extended the lead to 8-0 .
The single goal of the Sagolband side was scored by TK Meitei in the third chukker.
Two goals from Bimol and one goal from Abung in the last chukker helped their team secure 11-1 victory.
The second match of the men's tournament saw Khurai Polo Club-B edged out Nambul Mapal Polo Club by a narrow 4-3 margin.
A Churchill of Khurai Polo Club-B scored three goals while Th Nanao score one for the winning side.
O Chinglensana, L Tarun sand Mangalsana scored one goal each for the Nambul Mapal side.
