Imphal, January 22, 2012:
The proscribed RPF/PLA has lauded the Maoists for their successful ambush against a police team near Garhwa jungle in Jharkhand on January 21 in which 13 police personnel including the Officer-in-Charge of Bhandaria police station were killed.
Contrary to the notion of the Government of India that the Maoists movement would crumble after their leader Kishenji (Koteswar Rao) was killed in November 11 last year, determination of the Maoists remains unshakeable as before, remarked RPF in a press release issued by its publicity secretary T Leisemba.
Saluting the spirit and bravery of the Maoist comrades, the RPF conveyed that it would maintain friendly relations with the Maoists, and added that the two sides would continue to cooperate with each other.
