Barak reaches Maharashtra

Imphal, December 01 2019:
Barak, a satellite-tagged Amur falcon has reached Maharashtra this morning.
As per a report from Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Barak which was radio-tagged to study its migratory route will likely head for Africa by crossing the Arabian Sea.
It may be mentioned here that Barak started sending signals again from Odisha after losing signals for a few days.
