Fashion designing training programme at Jiri concludes

A month long fashion designing training programme organised by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati was concluded today at Brothers Union Community Hall, Kalinagar here.
The training programme was organised under the sponsorship of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India with the support of Social Welfare Services Association, Jiribam.
The valedictory function was graced by L Ranjit Singh, VP of Jiribam Hr Sec School; M Hemanta Singh, president of SWSA; S Ibotong Singh, chief functionary, Child Welfare Ashram; K Tombiton Devi, general secretary of AJWA and N Nandamohan Singh, general secretary of UDO, Lakhipur, Assam as the chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
Altogether, 30 trainees including a one male participated in the month long training programme which began on September 26 last.
They were trained by Chief Trainer, K Medha Devi and P Shilla Devi, assistant trainer.
Certificates were given to the participants on the valedictory function today.
