Imphal, October 19:
Negotiations are underway to free the two drivers in the custody of the KRA, said the outfit's publicity and information secretary DT Haokip today while talking to newsmen.
Haokip said that the KRA understands the problems being faced by the people following the refusal of the tanker drivers to take the wheel to protest the abduction of the drivers and the resultant fuel shortage.
However efforts are being taken up to see how the drivers can be set free since the talks have started, he continued.
