Dr Jugindro Sorokhaibam, Consultant Surgeon of Shija Hospitals, Langol has been invited as faculty to give a series of lectures, hands on training and be an examiner for the 9th Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI) Skilled Course and Fellowship Examination of Fellow of Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) at Baroda.
Dr Jugindro would be leaving for Baroda on October 1 and returning on October 6 .
Informing this in a statement, managing director of Shija Hospitals and Research Institute Dr Kh Palin said that Dr Jugindro's selection as faculty for 'key hole' surgery is a pride of the State.
AMASI, a prestigious section of Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) has been conducting such courses at regular intervals across the country for aspiring minimal access (key hole)
surgeons.
