Imphal, December 23 2016:
The Kuki National Organisation (KNO) has urged the State Government to ensure compliance with the SoO ground rules in order to maintain peace.
KNO in a statement said 30 cadres of the UKLF have intruded into Moreh area.
About 30 NSCN (IM) cadres are also reported to be in Kwatha engaged in extortion.
Intelligence reports also informed that another 40 NSCN (IM) cadres are in the village of Minow and Chongjang, the KNO statement said.
Moreh based CSOs and KNO have submitted representations to the Union Minister of Home Affairs, the KNO said while urging the State Government to ensure compliance with the SoO ground rules.
