Imphal, May 23:
Maralui Karalimai Swijoikang (MKS) has strongly reacted to the May 14 Cabinet decision to implement Meetei Mayek in schools in the hill districts.
The Union in its first Federal Assembly has resolved to support any form of agitation launched by the tribal students bodies on the Meetei Mayek issue.
It categorically stated that it will never accept imposition of Meetei Mayek in the hill dists whether in Roman script or not as learning Meetei Mayek in Roman or any other script will lead us nowhere.
