State native found dead in South Delhi

Imphal, July 06 2014:
Wilungbou Chawang ( age about 28) was found dead in the intervening night between July 5 and July 6 in South Delhi's Chirag Dilli area.
The body was fished out from a nullah/ small drainage stream, reports our Delhi correspondent The deceased hailed form Senapati in Manipur.
According to his friends who were with him yesterday, Chawang came to Chirag Dilli at his friend's rented room in the evening.
They had dinner and had a merry time.
All the while he was attending to his phone as he step out from the room.
as it was getting late , his friends did not wait for him and slept off, said Rachubui Pamei, President of the Zeliangrong Student Union.
At about 4 am I got a call and came to know about it, he told the Sangai Express.
Wilungbou was with his brother and two of their cousin in Delhi.
while he was employed in a private company, his younger brother Kelip Chawang was a student.
I got a call from our local pastor at about 3-3.309 a.m to identify the telephone number of my brother .
that how the information came to me , he said.
Post Mortem was conducted at the AIIMS and the body will be flown back home tomorrow.
At the time of this reporting, the brother of the deceased is in the process of filling a complaint at the Malvya Nagar Police station.
