Imphal, March 02:
Clarifying on the killing of CDPO Moirang block, the KCP (MC) has accused the UNLF of killing its three cadres.
The outfit has also declared that it will hit back not only on the UNLF but also its frontal organisations.
A statement issued by KCP (MC)'s military affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei clarified that the Moirang CDPO was eliminated by commander of the outfit's southern division anti-corruption cell Kil after a thorough deliberation by the central security council of the armed group.
Questioning the motive behind recruitment of the CDPO's son under die-in-harness scheme by the State Government, Lanheiba refuted the Chief Minister's statement that KCP (MC)'s chief of finance Lanchenba Meitei alias Ng Khelendra alias Naoba was involved in the killing.
Asserting that Social Welfare Minister Loken is the right hand of Chief Minister O Ibobi, Lanheiba accused Ibobi and Loken of swindling crores of rupees sanctioned by the Centre for nutrition.
Informing that the party is struggling to bring about an economic revolution in the State, KCP (MC) maintained all the swindled/misappropriated money should be paid back to the people.
Stating that the UNLF has no regard for KCP (MC), Lanheiba accused the UNLF of targeting its comrades.
He asserted that Lt Shaphaba, Sgt Kil and Cpl Thoi were eliminated by the UNLF without any mercy on February 12 at Sinam Kom.
The UNLF cadres also took away three AK 56 rifles, 350 live rounds and two 9 mm pistols.
Maintaining that there was no intimation from the UNLF to unite together before they murdered the three comrades, Lanheiba asked the UNLF whether such random killings in contradiction of revolutionary principles help in bringing a successful revolution.
Declaring that the KCP (MC) has no reservation to take on the UNLF, Lanheiba said that under its "total punish" operation, any one standing against the Council irrespective men, women or children will be punished in a fitting manner.
The same operation will also be launched against frontal organisations of the UNLF.
Any one providing shelter to UNLF cadres will be eliminated, Lanheiba warned.
The KCP (MC) further sought people's support in their confrontation with the UNLF who allegedly has no guts to claim responsibility of the deeds they committed.
The KCP (MC) would not differentiate between friends and foes in their campaign to eliminate the UNLF for good, Lanheiba disclosed.
People and UNLF supporters should not organise any protest movement when the KCP (MC) launches armed action against the UNLF and its frontal organisations, Lanheiba concluded.
