No photograph made available but...Rs 5 lakh wanted tag on Livingstone

The State Government has announced a cash reward of Rs five lakhs to any one who can provide information leading to the arrest of NSCN-IM's Lt Col Livingstone, the main accused of the Chandel outrage of December 18 .
According to a notification issued by the State Home Department, Assam Rifles and Police are unable to track down Livingstone in Chandel district.
Interestingly the State Home Department has failed to furnish a photograph of the wanted man.
An unofficial source on the other hand informed The Sangai Express that Livingstone Anal is under the custody of the NSCN (IM) at Camp Hebron.
Menwhile, a reliable source informed The Sangai Express that there has been no response from the Ministry of Home Affairs so far regarding the State Government's representation about the December 18 outrage and subsequent developments.
Nevertheless, in accordance with a request of the State Government, the Ministry of Home Affairs has agreed to provide an additional five companies of Central para military forces to the State.
The five companies of Central para military forces would arrive at Imphal from Guwahati tomorrow.
Meanwhile, taking serious note of the intensified protest movements, the State Government has started deploying CRPF personnel.
A police barricade has also been put up in front of Raj Bhavan's main gate.
Chief Minister O Ibobi also apprised the situation to Union Home Minister Shushil Kumar Shinde at Delhi recently.
