Imphal, May 02 2009:
Counting of votes for Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency will commence from 8 am of May 16 at different centres.
According to a notification issued by the RO of Outer Parliamentary Constituency, votes cast in the assembly constituencies of Heirok, Wangjing Tentha, Khangabok, Wabagai, Kakching, Hiyanglam and Sugnu will be counted at Thoubal DC office complex.
For Jiribam A/C, counting will be done at Jiribam ADC office.
For Chandel and Tengnoupal A/Cs, counting will be at DRDA Training Hall, Chandel DC office complex.
Votes for Phungyar, Ukhrul and Chingai A/Cs will be counted in Mini Secretariat Building, Ukhrul DC office.
District Council Hall, Kangpokpi will be the counter centre for Saikul, Kangpokpi and Saitu A/Cs.
For Karong, Mao, Tadubi A/Cs counting will be done at Senapati Community Hall.
Votes for Tamei, Tamenglong and Nungba A/Cs will be counted at Tamenglong Indoor Stadium, Lower Ground.
Counting for Tipaimukh, Thanlon, Henglep.
Churachandpur, Saikot and Singhat A/Cs will be done in IRB Barrack Hall (adjoining to new DRDA building), Mini Secretariat complex, Churachandpur.
A similar notification issued by the RO of Inner Manipur Parliamentary constituency said that counting of votes will begin at 8 am of May 16.For Kshetrigao, Thongju, Yaiskul and Wangkhei A/Cs, counting will be done in the Eastern Hall of the Panchayat Bhavan Main Hall Porompat (Imphal East DC office complex).
Keirao and Andro A/Cs in the Western Hall of the Panchayat Bhavan Main Hall, Porompat.
Votes for Khundrakpam, Heingang, Khurai and Lamlai A/Cs will be counted in Training hall of Industry Department, Porompat.
Imphal West DC office complex, Hall No 1, Room No G-3 (Ground Floor) will be the counting centre for Thangmeiband, Uripok, Sagolband, Keishamthong and Singjamei A/Cs.
For Sekmai, Lamsang, Konthoujam and Patsoi A/Cs, votes will be counted in Hall No 3, Room No G-17 of Imphal West DC office complex, Lamphelpat.
Votes for Langthabal, Naoriya Pakhanglakpa, Wangoi and Mayang Imphal will be counted in Hall No 4, Room No F-21 of Imphal West DC office complex.
Mini Secretariat Building complex, Bishnupur will be the counting centre for Nambol, Oinam, Bishnupur, Moirang, Thanga and Kumbi A/Cs.
For Lilong, Thoubal and Wangkhem A/Cs, votes will counted in the counting hall of Thoubal DC office complex.
The candidates/election agents should furnish list of counting agents in Form 18 with two copies of their recently photographed stamp size photos to all concerned AROs on or before 5 pm of May 12, added the notification.
