CCpur, June 25 2018: Intensified Diarrhoea Control Fortnight (IDCF) 2018 will be conducted at Pherzawl District Headquarters on June 26 for the first time in the district.

The event will be attended by Mannuamching, Deputy Commissioner, Pherzawl, S Thienlaljoy Gangte, ADC and other DLOs from the district.

As a part of the programme, a mass tree plantation drive will also be carried out after the function.

The Deputy Commissioner and her team also will help and supervise the clearing of the numerous debris from landslides in and around Taithu village which have hampered vehicular movement for days.

According to Mannuamching, the district administration will also conduct 'Khungang Chatse' (Go to Village) camps in three villages covering 3 Sub-Divisions- Sainoujang (Thanlon), Kangrengdor (Vangai Range) and Taithu (Tipaimukh) on June 27 .
