MLA Nemcha calls for fair election

MLA Nemcha today urged the people to abide by the code of conduct during the upcoming ADC poll and follow free and fair election, reports our correspondent.
"Whatever the circumstance is, I need the people to put into effect their rights of voting in the upcoming ADC election," said MLA Nemcha Kipgen during a public meeting of Bhumi Prasad, INC candidate of Irang Part-II at Panikheti Junior High School, Sadar Hills today.
The local MLA also appealed to abstain from violence during the election so as to ensure voters exercise their rights freely.
The MLA continued that Indian National Congress is the oldest
party in India.
The public meeting was also attended by ADC Sadar Hills Chairman Haokholal Hangshing, INC Candidate Bhumi Prasad (Vikash), village leaders of Irang Pt-II and surrounding villages.
