Imphal, August 10 2021: A mass Covid vaccination camp was held at the multipurpose hall of Laipham Khunou Youth Development Association (LKYDA) today.

The vaccination camp was organised by LKYDA under the aegis of District Administration, Imphal East and Chief Medical Officer, Imphal East for the eight time.

Speaking on the sidelines of the camp, general secretary Ngashepam Rakeswar said that the vaccination level for Laipham Khunou has reached 70 percent.

He continued that a total of 350 persons were inoculated with-the Covid vaccine in which 100 person were administered with the first dose and 250 persons with the second dose.

The area under LKYDA has the highest vaccinated people in Heingang Assembly Constituency owing to the relentless efforts of LKYDA's Covid Warrior Team, he added and appealed to all to strictly follow Covid SOPs.
