Imphal, April 05 2018: Financial Assistance for creation of Backward and Forward Linkage under the scheme Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana will be provided by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India.

Proposals/Expression of Interest (EoL) are invited from potential promoters for setting up of Backward & Forward Linkages in the processed food industry of the Country.

Deputy Director of Industries (Food Processing Industries), Directorate of Trade, Commerce & Industries, Manipur states that willing promoters/investors can submit their proposals through online portal (http://sampada-mofpi.gov.in/linkages/login.aspx) only as per the revised operational guidelines for the scheme for creation of Backward & Forward Linkages dated 22.02.2018.The detailed operational guidelines of the scheme are available on Ministry's website: http://www.mofpi.nic.in.

Date of online submission of Proposals/Eols is on or before April 30 by 5 pm and the proposals will be evaluated on monthly basis till the time the total number of proposals assisted under the Scheme, i.e 50 get exhausted.

The scheme, under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India is aimed at reducing the distance between farm & fork.

According to a Notice issued by Deputy Director of Industries (Food Processing Industries), Directorate of Trade, Commerce & Industries, Manipur, proposals may be submitted online at http://sampada-mofpi.gov.in/icc/login.aspx by the potential entrepreneurs/ promoters who are willing to set up integrated cold chain projects in India.

The last date for submitting the application online is 5 pm of April 30.Physical proposals will not be accepted.

The proposals should meet the requirement as per the Revised Operational Guidelines of the scheme for Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure dated 08/03/2018.The detailed guidelines of the scheme may be seen at http://www.mofpi.nic.in .
