Traffic regulations for today & R-Day notified

The Director of Transport has notified the details of traffic regulations for tomorrow and January 26.Meanwhile, the full dress rehearsal in connection with the forthcoming Republic Day celebration will be carried out tomorrow at 7 am and the main function on January 26 .
No vehicles except that of the VIP(s) and invitee(s) having valid car passes issued by the State Home Department shall be allowed to ply towards north of Krishnapremi Oil Pump, Moirangkhom along NH 2, Keishampat to Khwai Bazar, Maharani bridge to Dukanthong, Babuthong, Kangchup road to flyover and Khoyathong, Khoyathong to North AOC and Sanjenthong to Western gate of Kangla and Keishampat bridge, from 6.30 am till 12 noon on January 23 and 26, till the functions are over, it stated.
It informed that there shall be one way traffic from south to north and no vehicles will be allowed to ply from north to south.
Regarding the traffic diversion points of Indo-Burma road, all buses/trucks coming from south towards the north will be diverted from Singjamei bridge and new Thumbuthong bridge towards Kongba side and proceed upto Palace Compound and park there.
For Mayang Imphal road, all vehicles coming from south towards north will be diverted from Keishampat junction towards former Krishnadas oil pump to drop/pick up passengers beyond former oil pump and will proceed towards Kwakeithel and then towards Ningthemcha Karong or Khagempalli road.
For NH 39, vehicles coming from north towards south shall be diverted from Chingmeirong Khongnang Ani Karak towards Khuman Lampak bus terminus and all trucks shall be diverted from North AOC towards Minuthong, RDS crossing, Kongba road then New Thumbuthong and Singjamei bridge.
For roads of eastern side (Yaingangpokpi/Lamlai/Porompat/Andro etc), all busses shall be diverted towards Khuman Lampak bus terminus from RDS crossing via Lamlong Bazar.
The routes for trucks shall remain the same as NH 39 or towards RDS crossing, Singjamei bazar crossing and Thumbuthong bridge for Indo-Burma road towards Pishumthong for Mayang Imphal to Tiddim road and no vehicles shall be allowed to proceed from Palace gate traffic point towards Sanjenthong side.
For New Cachar road, all vehicles coming from New Cachar road shall be parked at Sagolband Moirang Leirak bus parking and trucks shall be diverted from Tera Bazar towards Naoremthong, Uripok canteen road and Lamphel Sanakeithel, Lamphelpat.
Vehicles coming from Kangchup side shall be parked at the northern side of UK road (beyond the end of flyover bridge).
For Tiddim road, all vehicles shall be diverted from Kwakeithel Bazar towards Tera bazar, Naoremthong, Uripok canteen Leirak road, Lamphel Supermarket and coming back via Watham Leirak, Thangmeiband road, Nagamapal road, Wahengbam Leikai road, Keishampat junction and pick up passengers from Churachandpur bus parking, Keishampat near Krishnadas oil pump.
The notification has further informed that all vehicles including jeeps, cars, scooters, motorcycles, auto rickshaws and rickshaws etc should park at Laimrembi Lampak near Keishampat junction, in front of Session's Court, UK road and Sing & Co (Moirangkhom) .
