Abdul Nasir felicitated

Md Abdul Nasir in a felicitation programme held at the Directorate of Department of Agriculture said that if he fails to fulfil the needs of the farmers, who are the backbone of the Department of Agriculture, he will be willing to resign.
He urged the farmers, officials and staff of the department to cooperate and work towards bringing progress in the department.
Md Nasir recommended the officials to give suggestions that would help the department, further he warned that if any official give suggestions that would disrupt the constructive flow of the department then either the official will have to be dismissed or he himself will quit.
The functioning of agriculture in Punjab, the most advanced state in India in the field of agriculture, needs to be studied, he added, appealing to the Agriculture Commissioner and the Director of the department to accompany him to the State for this purpose.
