The armed outfit KCP-MC has accused one Naorem Open alias Boboy s/o Narahari of Khongman working in YAS Department and DSOs of the districts of swindling more than Rs 32 lakhs sanctioned for sports activities.
The outfit has claimed responsibility for hurling and exploding a bomb at the residence of YAS Director W Boby.
A press release issued by the outfit's publicity and information secretary Paikhomba detailed the swindled amount as Rs 600,000 from Churachandpur district, Rs 350,000 from Chandel district, Rs 385,000 from Senapati district, Rs 350,000 from Tamenglong district, Rs 400,000 from Ukhrul district, Rs 300,000 from Imphal West, Rs 275,000 from Imphal East, Rs 240,000 from Bishnupur and Rs 250,000 from Thoubal district.
The outfit has asked Open alias Boboy and the DSOs to contact it in connection with the matter.
It further accused Open of openly challenging the party by hiring commandos as his security guards.
Open and his wife have been scheming to expose the party by giving secret phone numbers of the party to commandos.
Alleging that assistant secretary Laishram Manglem of Kongpal Top Khongnangkhong of indulging in immoral activities in a chowkidar's room of Khuman Lampak stadium, it said that coach Ningthoujam ongbi Guni Devi has not been paying attention to his job.
Many other coaches have also been neglecting their duties.
Manglem and Guni should also contact the party, it said.
Instead of checking the immoral activities being done inside the Khuman Lampak sports complex, YAS Director W Boby of Moirangkhom Loklaobung has plunged into corruption and bribery.
Boby too should contact the party.
Stating that Rs one crore was sanctioned for the Manipur leg of Queen's Baton Relay, the outfit said that Rs 30 lakhs was wasted on minor repairing of some halls in 1st MR.Questioning as to where the remaining amount was spent, the outfit demanded a white paper from YAS Minister N Biren and Director Boby about the expenditures made for the Queen's Baton Relay.
The outfit while demanding suspension of all those officials indulging in immoral activities or neglecting their duties, also asked Minister Biren to mend his ways.
