BJP Sadar Hills slams Congs Govt

Kangpokpi, May 16 2015 : During the last 13 year Congress rule in the State, there has been no visible development witnessed in Hill districts particularly in Kuki inhabited areas, alleged Thangkholen Kipgen, President BJP Sadar Hills.

He slammed the Congress Government of Manipur for its amateurish approach to governance.

The BJP Sadar Hills President was speaking at the flag hoisting ceremony of Ngamtinthang Haokip, BJP candidate for 19-Lhungjang DCC today at K.Moulpi village earlier known as T.Thangkan in Saikul AC.

"Where have those GCI sheet meant for the poor and needy gone while most of the people in the hill districts are still living under thatched roof?" Sadar Hills BJP leader asked the Congress Government.

He further alleged that under the Chief Minister Ibobi, Congress Government in Manipur has "menacing policy" to intrude into the land of Kukis particularly in the adjoining areas of Imphal West and East while struggling to include the same in administration jurisdiction of Imphal West and East.

Thangkholen Kipgen also asserted that BJP will devolve complete power to the Autonomous District Council if it wins the ensuing ADC Election.

While conveying his gratitude to everyone involved for the success of the flag hoisting and open campaign for the 19-Lhungjang, DCC BJP candidate Thangkholen Kipgen appeals everyone for free and fair election in the upcoming 5th ADC Election on June 1.While BJP Sadar Hills president Thangkholen Kipgen hoisted the flag of BJP in the presence of Saikul Block BJP president Blessing Minister Rev.Thangsei, Pastor KBC-19 invoked blessing for the candidate.
