SHADC medical camp rescheduled

Kangpokpi, April 15 2017:
The free medical camp which was indefinitely postponed has been re-scheduled on April 19 at Laikoiching village in Island sub-division of Kangpokpi district.
Earlier, the camp was supposed to be held on April 12 but it was indefinitely postponed owing to unavoidable circumstances.
CEO-SHADC, Kangpokpi DK Thangboi (MCS) has conveyed his regrets for the inconvenience adding that the postponed medical camp has been re-scheduled on April 19 from 10 am to 3 pm.
The CEO has appealed to the local populace of Island sub-division to avail the facilities of the medical camp where doctors and specialists will attend to the needs of the people for free.
He also stated that a free vaccination and animal health camp will be simultaneously organized at the same venue on the same day.
The MCS officer further stated that the free medical camp has been initiated with a motive to meet the immediate health needs of the people living in remote areas of Island sub-division by providing free medical examination and medicines.
