Kangpokpi, April 15 2017:
The Hangmi Students' Union GHQ has appealed to the abductor(s) of Angam Leivon Hangmi to release him on humanitarian ground.
Angam Leivon Hangmi, a resident of Kangpokpi is a Deputy Ranger of Forest Department, Government of Manipur who was abducted by unknown person(s) on the night of April 13 for monetary demand, conveyed a joint press release issued by president, general secretary and information secretary of Hangmi Students' Union GHQs.
The union has appealed to the organisation concerned to ensure his safe release.
