An open house customers' meet was organised by the State Bank of India (SBI) at Hotel Anand Continental here on January 8 providing an opportunity to the customers of the bank to air their grievances so that necessary remedial measures could be taken up.
The meet was addressed by Deputy General Manager (DGM) of SBI, Zonal Office Shillong HK Dhar.
Interacting with the customers, the DGM highlighted various latest technology-based products/services of SBI and sought suggestions from the customers to improve the cutomer services of SBI at all the branches of Manipur.
The customers in turned requested the Deputy General Manager to provide more ATM and extensive internet banking facilities at Imphal Centre and other districts of Manipur.
The meet ended with vote of thanks from Assistant General Manager of SBI Zonal Office, Shillong AK Debroy, informed a press release by the Chief Manager of SBI Imphal Secretariat branch.
