Through instantaneous communication of information like the places where loaded TTs get stranded, why the TTs get stranded, which distributors would be given indent on a particular day, which distributors would be supplied LPG refills, whether there would be movement of empty and/loaded TTs with escorts on a particular day etc, the whatsapp group has proved to be quite helpful in resolving many problems without undue delay, said the official.
