Imphal, February 09, 2011: Troops of Assam Rifles have reportedly apprehended one activist each of PULF (MI Khan) and KCP (MC) outfits from different places today.

according to a PRO IGAR (S) release, the PULF activist namely Md Julamuddin (41) s/o (L) Jamaluddin of Sora Mayai Leikai was arrested by troops of 15 and 27 Assam Rifles of 9 sector from sora area of Thoubal district.

Along with one double-barrel gun, the arrested person has been handed over to Thoubal police station.The KCP (MC) activist identified as hidangmayum Inao Sharma (34) s/o (L) H Nilamani Sharma of Yairipok Makha Leikai was reportedly apprehended by troops of 15 Assam Rifles of 9 sector from Yambem Makha Leikai at around 12.45 am of February 9.The PRO release informed to the individual revealing that he (Inao) was involved in trafficking of narcotics, drugs and ganja from Manipur to Guwahati for fund raising of the outfit.

He has been handed over to Yairipok police station.
