AR felicitates six successful Agniveer candidates

Tamenglong, October 17 2024: Assam Rifles felicitated six youths from Tamenglong who were selected in the latest recruitment in the Indian Army.

The youths were trained by the AR, said a press note.

The rigorous pre-recruitment training conducted by Assam Rifles saw participation of 31 youths.

Out of these, 16 passed the written tests and six candidates were finally selected for Agniveer training in Indian Army.

While felicitating the soldiers-to-be, Commandant, Assam Rifles Tamenglong Battalion conveyed best wishes and encouraged the selected candidates to be role models for the young generation and defence service aspirants.
