Expressing concern over the safety of civilians after the full scale military operation at Chandel starting June 5, WAD stated that the civilians had been at the receiving end arising out of the conflict situation in the State.
WAD also claimed that the 4 persons who went out for hunting and fishing at Moltuk area since June 4 have failed to return.
