Thoubal, May 02 2023: In solidarity with the protest agitation launched by the ex-servicemen at Jantar Mantra, Delhi since February 20 demanding amendment in the One Rank One Pension (OROP) circular issued by the central government, ex-servicemen in Thoubal district under the aegis of All Ex-Servicemen (JCOS/OR) Association, Manipur submitted a memorandum to the President, PM and Defence minister of India through the Thoubal DC, on Tuesday.

Retired captain P Khelen, who took part in the submission of memorandum to the DC, informed that as there are various injustices in the newly issued OROP-1 and 2, the ex-servicemen are extending support to the agitation.
