AR flags off National Integrity Tour

Imphal, February 10 2024:
HQ IGAR (South) flagged off a 14-day National Integration Tour under Op Sadbhavna from Pallel in Kakching district on Saturday.
The tour has 26 students comprising 14 girls and 12 boys in the age group 10 -16 years and three teaching staff along with administrative staff belonging to four schools from different locations of Tengnoupal district.
The aim of the tour is to enable the participants to explore the rich fabric of the nation's heritage, instilling in them a deep appreciation for unity in diversity and ultimately empowering them to becoming ambassadors of peace and unity.
During the 14-day tour, the participants will visit New Delhi, where, in addition to sightseeing they will visit the NSG Centre at Manesar nearby.
The participants will also explore Dehradun, the picturesque capital of Uttarakhand, wherein they will visit the Indian Military Academy (IMA).
In addition to the visits, they also have interactions scheduled with various dignitaries including the Commandant of IMA and Centre Commandant of NSG.
The flagging off ceremony was marked by cultural dances and songs demonstrating national unity.
