Churachandpur, May 12 2023:
Churachandpur district administration on Friday received about 250 people from different relief camps in Imphal and facili-tated free passage of about 30 individuals who were shel-tered in different locations in the district.
In its endeavour to restore normalcy, the district ad-ministration continues to work day in and day out leaving nothing to chances.
It is also constantly reaching out to CSO leaders apart from providing relief materials such as rice to philanthropic organisations and maintain-ing close security coordina-tion among forces present in the district.

Curfew was relaxed for five hours from 6 am on Friday during which Nute Bazar and Zenhang Bazar were opened for the first time after the un-rest.
Long queues were seen at ATM booths and banks.
The district administra-tion also appealed to all con-cerned to maintain peace and refrain from spreading and believing misinformation that may breach peace.
It also urged all to desist from acts that can cause disturbances.
