Imphal, June 03 2015 :
In a bizarre turn out, the Teachers Transit Home at Babupara which was inaugurated by Chief Minister last year was found to be incomplete.
The building which was supposed to have 14 rooms with attached toilet and bathroom at the ground floor and first floor was found to be hollow with no partition.
Only a person was found working at the construction site.
On the other side the building was furnished well at the outlook with paintings.
Construction work of the transit home began two years back.

It was meant to accommodate teachers for short stay at a time when they face inconvenience while travelling towards their new posting or whenever teachers return from their posting.
The building was inaugurated on teachers' day last year as a gift to the teachers.
