Timothy Zimik interacts with voters at Longmai

Naga People's Front (NPF) candidate Kachui Timothy Zimik, the consensus candidate for NDA for the 18th Lok Sabha election, interacted with voters along with hoisting flags of NDA allies at Longmai bazar in Noney district on Monday.
Before the interaction with the voters, flags of BJP, NPF and NPP were hoisted in front of the election office at Longmai bazar, Noney.
NPF flag was hoisted by minister Khashim Vashum while BJP's was Unfurled by HAC chairman Dinganlung Gangmei with the NPP flag hoisted by MLA Jang-hemlung Panmei.
Right after hoisting of the flags, an interaction programme in support of K Timothy Zimik was also held at Multipurpose Hall, Longmai part-3, Noney.
The interaction programme was attended ex-MLA Z Kikhonbou New-mai, NPP national executive member Makuphun Rongmei, BJP Nungba Mandal president Lanjaigai Kamei, BJP ST Morcha Manipur president, ex-ADC members, leaders of NDA partners, CSO leaders from both Tamenglong and Noney districts.
During the interaction programme, minister Khashim Vashum said that K Timothy Zimik will focus on tribal rights and issues when delimitation exercise is taken up as also better implementation of all centrally sponsored schemes.
He also said that 18th Lok Sabha election is very crucial as delimitation will be done in the coming five years.
MLA Janghemlung said that 18th Lok Sabha election is a unique one as three political parties are working together for a common candidate for a good fight.
