Thoubal, December 10 2023: Nongpok Panthoibi Mahila Mandal Ingourok organised a one-day legal awareness program at Nongpok Ningthou Panthoibi Laibung, Ingourok under Thoubal district today.

The legal awareness programme was graced by Yumnam Lukhoibi Devi, president, Nongpok Panthoibi Mahila Mandal, Ingourok, Khundrakpam Manglembi Devi and Moirangmayum Bilashini Devi as the presidium members.

Meanwhile, Meihoubam Rakesh, Director, Human Rights Law Network, Imphal attended the programme as resource person.

The resource person spoke about MGNREGA, National Food Security Act and Free Legal Aid etc.

More than 100 job card holders participated in today's programme.

An interaction session was also conducted between the job card holders and the resource person during the program.
