Stressing the imperative of bringing peace and unity among all the Kuki outfits, ST Thangboi asserted that disunity has destabilized the society.
He said that any Kuki outfit formed for the cause of the Kuki community should eschewed communal activities while rejecting individual interests which can cause destruction "for the nation" .
The president also appealed all the revolutionary groups and factions within the Kuki society to work in unity and welcomed all like-minded and patriotic individuals, groups and factions to share the burden of the struggle collectively.
"Being the oldest Kuki militant outfit, numerous prominent leaders have already lost their precious lives for the cause of "the nation" .
ST Thangboi said KNF should always remember the constructive efforts and struggles of those fallen "prominent leaders" .
Kuki armed outfits under the umbrella of UPF and KNO have been under SoO for dialogue with the Governments.
KNF President requested every outfit under SoO pact to eschew violating ground rules.
KNF Home Secretary led the blessing and thanksgiving in the second session of the celebration where Rev Th Kipgen, Chaplain, Camp Ebenezer Natheljang administered the Mass Prayer function.
