Over and above when the Chief Minister claimed that the State government withdrew the Manipur Regulation of Visitors, Tenants and Migrant Workers Bill, 2015 for a new bill in safeguarding indigenous people after listening to the pulse of the public, things are becoming little shaky as the government is awaiting cooperation from JCILPS and JAC in drafting the new bill as claimed by the Home Minister in a media briefing on July 19 .
