Flag hoisting ceremony held, Election office opened

The flag hoisting ceremony and opening of the Election Office of NPF/NDA candidate for Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, K Timothy Zimik was held today at the residence of Jakulung Gangmei in Noney District Headquarters.
Today's programme was graced by Minister of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, Khashim Vashum; Hill Areas Committee (HAC) Chairman Dinganglung Gangmei; MLA 53-Tamenglong AC, Janghemlung Panmei and National Executive Member National People's Party (NPP), Z Kikhonbou Newmai as the presidium members.
The party flags were hoisted by the party leaders concerned.
Shakti Pastor TBC, Longmai, pronounced the prayer of the flag hoisting cum opening ceremony of the Election Office.
The flag hoisting ceremony was followed by a programme held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of Longmai Part-3 .
During the programme, solidarity messages were delivered by Z Kikhonbou Newmai and Janghemlung Panmei.
Speaking at the event, the dignitaries maintained that the ensuing Lok Sabha Election is a historic one since three political parties namely Naga People's Front (NPF), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and National People's Party (NPP) have resolved to campaign for the consensus candidate K Timothy Zimik.
The dignitaries appealed to all the eligible voters of Outer' Manipur Parliamentary Constituency to choose the right party and elect the eligible candidate who can strive to resolve the prevailing conflict situation in the State thereby paving way for restoration of peace and normalcy in Manipur.
