More assistance given to Robinhood's family

The Khonghampat Awang Leikai Meira Paibi Lup has extended monetary aid to the family of Sapam Robinhood, who was killed in police action against protesters demanding ILPS in the State.
According to a statement, members of the Lup handed over Rs 5000 to the family of Robinhood during a visit to the deceased student's family today.
They also expressed solidarity to the bereaved family.
At the same time, Khonghampat Awang Leikai Meira Paibi Lup also provided assistance of Rs 3000 to H Reson, who sustained injuries in the ongoing ILPS demand agitation.
Reson has been undergoing treatment at RIMS hospital.
Recent Youth Club, Moidangpok and Moidangpok Apunba Meira Paibi handed over assistance of Rs 5000 to Robinhood's family.

The two Moidangpok bodies also jointly organised a sit-in demanding implementation of ILPS in Manipur.
They also stressed the necessity to develop work culture among the indigenous people so that no room is left for labourers coming from outside the State.
Lamphel Sanakeithel Development Authority and Sanakeithel Nupi Kanglup have also handed over a monetary aid of Rs 8000 to the family of Sapam Robinhood on July 20 .
Members of the two bodies numbering around 300 also staged a sit-in-protest and formed human chain at Lamphel Sanakeithel demanding implementation of ILPS on the same day.
On the other hand, Khundrakpam Santi Rakha Marup also extended a monetary aid of Rs 4000 to Robinhood's family.
Members of Khwai Lamphel Women's United Development Organisation observed a two-minute silence to pay homage to Robinhood at his residence yesterday.
Later, they visited the persons who were injured in the pro-ILPS movement and handed over monetary aid, said a statement.
