In case an understanding is arrived regarding claiming of Robinhood's body, Ratan said, JCILPS representatives told the Government that Robinhood's last rites must be performed at a place where a memorial site can be developed in his name and the Government must allow mass participation in his last rites.
He further said that Government representatives introduced the matter of claiming Robinhood's body at the meeting.

Acknowledging the significant role of the JAC constituted against the killing of Robinhood in the people's agitation, JCILPS requested the JAC to send two of their representatives for participation in the meeting with the Government the same day.
Although, the JAC earlier agreed to send their representatives, they failed to turn up on the meeting day stating that they have not received any formal invitation from the Government.
Today as well, Ratan said, JCILPS requested the JAC to come at the former's office for a joint meeting.
However, the JAC representatives were not willing to come, Ratan said.

He said, "We have never sidelined the JAC, we consider that they are also taking an active role in the ongoing agitation." Later, in the evening, a team of JCILPS members went to meet JAC executives, Ratan said and added that however they could not find JAC representatives.
Ratan further said that JCILPS would not attend the second round of meeting if the arrested students are not released by 3 pm tomorrow.
