CCPur, September 29 2023: The District Administration in collaboration with the District Police, CRPF, RAF, BSF and Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) organised Amrit Kalash Yatra today .

Under Amrit Kalash Yatra, Meri Maati Mera Desh, Swachhta Hi Seva, cleaning and plantation programme was held today at Mini-Secretariat in Tuibong.

Speaking at the occasion, Thangboi Gangte ADC said that the District Administration has been organising a series of activities for the past few days.

Informing that plans are underway to conduct the 'Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath' campaign, mass cleanliness drive called by the Prime Minister on October 1, 2023, the ADC appealed to the officers and staff of CAPF and the District Police Department for active participation.

He also appealed to the District Level Officers (DLOs) and inmates at the relief camps to kindly carry out the cleanliness drive within their own jurisdiction.

The ADC administered the Panch Pran Pledge before the conduct of the cleanliness drive today.
