TRAU's target is to continue winning ways: Ibomcha

Tiddim Road Athletic Union (TRAU) are looking forward to carry on the winning ways and sweep the remainder of the Group C matches as they face Jamshedpur FC tomorrow in a Second Division League home tie at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.
In a pre match press conference held today, TRAU's manager L Ibomcha stated that TRAU will aim to secure wins in the remaining matches as further loss would put the team's final round hope in doubt.
Seeking home support, Ibomcha asked sports lovers to witness tomorrow's game free of cost.
He also said that few vital players who were injured after Shaheed Manoranjan final match, have improved significantly and will probably be seen in tomorrow's tie.
Chhinga Veng, Mizoram are on top of Group C table with 13 points from 5 matches and TRAU's sole aim is to reduce the gap and for that they need to win the remaining matches, headded.
Meanwhile, Jamshedpur FC's manager Rohit Singh asserted that tomorrow's game will be an interesting one as the team are looking for a big break after poor performance in the previous ties.
On being asked about the teams inability to do well in the previous 5 matches, the manager pointed out that his side is mostly filled with inexperienced U-21 players who require more exposure and maintained that the players will surely adapt and sharpen up with time.
Jamshedpur FC's captain, Gourachand who was also present at the meet, hailed TRAU's forwards namely Princewell Emeka and Joseph Mayowa and expressed that his team will try its best to contain them.
TRAU's vice presidents, T Ibochouba Singh and Bhagaton and striker Princewill Emeka and Jamshedpur FC's goalkeeper Amrit Gope also attended the presser.
