CHA draw MHA; BIH outclass CXI 15-0

CHA and MHA played a 1-1 draw while BIH outclassed CXI 15-0 in the ongoing 6th Hockey India Sub-Junior Men's National Championship (B-Division), organised by Hockey Manipur under the aegis of Hockey India, today at Hockey Ground, Khuman Lampak.
In today's Group-A match, Raj Patil helped Mumbai Hockey Association (MHA) take a 1-0 lead.
However a strike from Sonu Nishad found the equaliser in the 60th minute for Chhattisgarh Hockey (CHA) .
In a Group-B match, Hockey Madhya Pradesh (HMP) registered a thrilling 5-3 victory against Hockey Gujarat (GUJ).
The winning goals of HMP were scored by Gaurav Tripathi (54th, 57th, 61st), Vasid Ali and Aditya Chhatri in the 2nd and 18th minute respectively.
For GUJ, Manthan Patel, Dushyant Kariya and Shyamprakash Yadav sounded the board in the 52nd, 59th and 35th minute respectively.
In another Group-B match, Bengal Hockey Association (BHA) blanked Hockey Madhya Bharat (HMB) by a margin of 2 goals to nil.
Kamal Paul and Gautam Sharma scored the winning goals in the 64th and 66th minute respectively.
In a Group-D match, Amrit Ekka's 7 brilliant goals helped Hockey Bihar (BIH) crush Citizen Hockey XI (CXI) by a margin of 15 goals to nil.
Amrit scored in the 8th, 13th, 20th, 33rd, 50th, 51st and 61st minute.
The other winning goals came from Bisram Dodray (34th, 40th), Martin Tuli (16th, 37th), Md Danish (25th, 58th), Johnson Purty (55th), Turtan Minz (48th).In another Group-D match, Assam Hockey (ASH) handed a 5-1 defeat to Hockey Coorg (HCO).
ASH witnessed their winning goals from Manish Sahani (62nd, 69th), Arun Sahani (25th, 67th) and Rahul Verma (9th).On the other hand, Sukalyan Mondal scored the consolation goal of HCO in the 27th minute.
In the last Group-D match, Hockey Rajashthan (RAJ) clinched a 4-2 win against Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSS).
A goal each from Kuljeet Singh, Chetan Yadav, Rohtash and Romit Pal in the 3rd, 24th, 41st and 45th minute gave the four winning goals to RAJ.
On the other side, Clivert Millar and Mihir Patil scored a goal each for MSS in the 12th and 36th minute.
