Oken Jeet to present paper on MuayThai Against Drugs in World seminar in Bangkok

Bangkok, November 04 (NEPS):
Indian MuayThai Team led by President of the MuayThai Federation of India, Mr Oken Jeet Sandham has reached Bangkok today to attend one of the biggest MuayThai events on earth beginning tomorrow at MCC Hall here till November 13.This year's Wolrd MuayThai Championship will be organized along with the seminars - "MuayThai Against Drugs".
Two male fighters and two female fighters, besides one Referee will take part in this historic event.
Mr Bedangakum (85 kg), Mr Usham Shantikumar (55 kg), Ms M Nungshitombi Devi (75 kg) and Ms Bendangjungla (48 kg) will fight in B Class while Mr O Manglemjao will be Referee.
Seventy countries with over 700 participants are confirmed to take part in the World Championship and seminar - "MuayThai Against Drugs - and several dignitaries including around 20 Embassies in Bangkok will witness this historic MuayThai event which will be inaugurated by Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand tomorrow.
The Championship cum Seminar was jointly organized by the World MuayThai Council, International Federation of MuayThai Amateur, Sports Authority of Thailand and Board of Boxing Sports, Thailand.
