Imphal, February 26 2013:
Embroidery machines and handlooms have been distributed to women who have received vocation training during a function held today at Rural Women and Children Development Welfare Association, Tabungkhok under the aegis of the Manipur State Women's Development Corporation.
Speaking at the occasion, Social Welfare Minister AK Mirabai stated that necessary action would be initiated against those beneficiaries who have already undergone vocational training and have been given machines and handlooms for securing their source of income in case the machines and handlooms are found unused or lost.
