Lamka, May 18 2011:
After a strenuous years of advocating the plight of Khuga Dam, the JAC in a formal press handout today said it has decided to the table their causes before the National Human Rights Commission so as to pave way for its own legal course.
It needs no repetition that the JAC strives with anything at its disposal and left no stone unturned in their bid to realise maximum benefit out of the project but no tangible development was in sight till date, and left with no choice the decision to approach the NHRC was adopted, said the JAC.
