Imphal, December 24:
Expressing deep concern over the recent dismantling of a Church at Thoubal Dist and digging out the bodies of Ph Yumshangbi and Ph Leibakmacha from the grave on July 14 and November 15 respectively, All Manipur Christian Organisation (AMCO) has appealed to the concerned public to allow the Christians to practice their religious beliefs without any hindrance and help maintain peace and harmony in the State.
Dismantling a Church building and digging up dead bodies from the grave are nothing but an insult to the Christian community, said AMCO and added that all citizens irrespective of differences in religion should learn to respect other's religion.
