CSOs demands stern actions for crime against women

Imphal, August 01 2013:
Different civil society organizations and student bodies of the State have come up against rising crimes on women and jointly pressed the authority concerned to book all involved in such crimes and never let them scot free.
Addressing media persons at the office of AMSU here today, where members of AMSU, UMA, Committee Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA) and other organizations were present, Ningthoujam Sorojini, President of UMO, pointed out that countless number of crimes against women and children have taken place in Manipur.
